(“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “YALETOWN RECORDS”) is a record label from Vancouver, British Columbia that provides recording, production, management, agency, distribution, marketing, and merchandise services in the music sector, and provides the Intellectual Property (as defined below), and provides the Website (as defined below), together, the “Services”.
We operate and provide the products, services, information, content, data, and Intellectual Property at our website at www.yaletownrecords.com (the “Website”).
This Privacy Policy interacts with, and is subject to, and, where applicable, User is subject to and agrees to our Terms of Service and our Online Sale Terms.

Without limiting anything in this Privacy Policy, by using or accessing the Services, Intellectual Property, or Website, User expressly agrees and provides consent to YALETOWN RECORDS to send, distribute, or otherwise transmit to you any Commercial Electronic Message (CEM) or other communications or notifications, including for commercial and other promotional purposes; and you agree to be added to our mail list until and when you provide us written notice that you wish to unsubscribe in accordance with the notice provision at the end of this Privacy Policy.
