Cancellation Policy

By registering for any of our programs, song camps, workshops, classes or events, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined below.

Yaletown Records camps, classes, special events and workshops operate with limited capacity and extensive planning. As such, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date are non-refundable, except in the case of serious personal circumstances such as a death in the family, personal injury, or medical emergency. In these cases, documentation may be requested, and any refund will be issued at the discretion of the Yaletown Records team.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance.
